Le son de blé provient des fragments d'enveloppe de
grains de céréales. Le Blé est nettoyé, aéré et brossé avec soin puis écrasé
par des meules de pierre. Le son (enveloppe de Blé) est obtenu par tamisage
de la farine. Il est riche en fibres alimentaires (cellulose), protéines,
vitamines (surtout du groupe B) et sels minéraux (calcium, magnésium,

Propriétés Utilisations |
Le son de Blé est traditionnellement utilisé pour
améliorer et réguler le transit intestinal par action mécanique douce. Source : http://www.ephyto.com il existe deux grandes
catégories de fibres alimentaires : les fibres solubles et les fibres
insolubles. On retrouve les fibres solubles dans les légumineuses, l'avoine,
certains fruits (pomme, poire, raisin) et légumes, tandis que les fibres
insolubles se retrouvent dans les aliments comme le son de blé, les grains
entiers et les légumes. Ce sont surtout les fibres insolubles (blé, grains
entiers) qui ont le plus d'effet laxatif. En
captant l'eau, elles augmentent le volume et le poids des selles, ce qui
facilite leur évacuation. Le son de blé est l'agent alimentaire le plus
efficace dans le gonflement fécal. Il ne faut surtout pas oublier que pour
être efficace, le son de blé a nécessairement besoin d'eau. Sans liquide, les
