La laminaire, qu'on appelle aussi en Bretagne « fouet de
sorcier » en raison de sa grande taille, apporte de nombreux sels minéraux,
oligo-éléments, et vitamines, qui stimulent le métabolisme général,
accroissent les échanges, favorisent l'élimination des déchets. Elle agit
dans les troubles glandulaires, déficience, fatigue, rachitisme. La laminaire
est hypocalorique et contient un mucilage qui la fait souvent utiliser
comme coupe-faim. Elle aide aussi les hypertendus, les personnes souffrant
d'artériosclérose, d'inflammation des coronaires, de cholestérol et
